A curated collection paired with engaging events and a space to connect is exactly what book lovers need. It’s great to see a platform that goes beyond just reading and actually builds a community around stories. Definitely something I’d love to explore more!

Having just evacuated 100 animals from a Gulf Coast shelter in the face of an impending hurricane and bringing them to Jackson I’ve always sought comfort from bookstores. And over the past 15 years you’ve been my shelter from the storm. I thank you for your excellence, your
comfort, your friendship and your support.

Love, your favorite Yankee!

I worked there on and off in the early ’80s. In the years I was there, the owner brought in more and more books and it started looking less like an antique store and more like a bookstore. (They even added greeting cards at one point.) Finally, they sold the place and moved to Texas. Even to this day, I sometimes find books on the shelves with the old RH price tag. I wish the new owners all the best.
